Part IV: Summary
The reason I selected this topic to create a pathfinder for is because I am really big on health. It bothers me personally that so many people in my age range have such major health issues and a lot of people I know don't even take the time to find out how to take better care of themselves. A lot of illnesses can be reversed by simply taking better care of yourself which includes eating right and exercising. I was successful in finding reputable sources to help in creating this pathfinder because there's so much out there. This class has helped me learn how to determine if a source is credible or not by looking at who created it, evaluating the scope of the source along with all of the other parts of evaluating a source. Hopefully as I matriculate through this program I become a master at this which will lead to me becoming an awesome librarian! Your health is important and I hope that these sources and the ones they lead you too help motivate you to take excellent care of yourself and your family.
